Ideal for singles, professional couples, downsizers and seniors, the apartments are a welcome addition to the community of Richmond. This new apartment building gives residents the option of renting an apartment with the quality and features of a condominium, but without the fees and responsibilities that come along with ownership.
There are 8 one-bedroom units and 27 two-bedroom units:
- Cedar: 6 total units. 1-bedroom one bath (approx. 586 sq. ft.)
- Willow: 2 total units (technically a bachelor) 1 bedroom, one bath (approx. 786 sq. ft.)
- Maple: 12 total units. 2-bedroom, 1 bath (approx. 866 sq. ft.)
- Beech: 12 total units. 2-bedroom, 2 baths (approx. 846 sq. ft.)
- Hawthorne: 2 total units. 2-bedroom, 2 baths (approx. 1020 sq. ft.)
The building has an elevator, and balcony or patio for each apartment. Every unit is finished with hardwood flooring, quartz countertops and custom kitchens and also includes 6 appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer). All units are individually metered and have their own thermostat, A/C and hot water tank (heat and hydro not included). Each unit has both Rogers and Bell Fibre ready if renters choose to subscribe. The front door to the building has both a key fob and dial entry system. There are 27 underground parking spaces including one handicapped spot. Each of the 27 two-bedroom units will include one underground parking spot. The one-bedroom units will include one surface parking spot. This may be adjusted to accommodate individual cases. Monthly rents will be between $1200 and $1600/month plus heat and hydro and long term leases are available.
