Richmond homicide investigation victim identified

The Ottawa Police Service Homicide Unit has identified the deceased male whose body was discovered in Richmond over the weekend as 40-year-old Leo Santostefano of Ottawa.

The body was found by passers by on the snowmobile trail off Dobson Lane near McBean Street at 9 a.m. Sunday, March 7.
