GoFundMe page set up for young Twin Elm Road fire victims

A GoFundMe page has been set up for the young and recently engaged couple who more or less lost everything in a house fire at their Twin Elm Road home between Richmond and Manotick. The couple was safely evacuated as Ottawa firefighters battled the heavy blaze from the rear of the two-storey house. The GoFundMe page set up by a friend to replace the cost of clothing, furniture, laptops (as they are both studying), musical instruments, dog crates, dog beds and toys, and a new kitten as one of their cats didn’t make it.
