Community Rallies To Support Chin Hon Owner

Josh Siu presented a giant card signed by a large number of local residents to Jin Yu Xiong, owner of the Chin Hon Restaurant in Richmond, on Dec. 21. Jing’s wife, Wan Juan Xiong, passed away Dec. 8 after a long battle with cancer.
